Henry Nikogosyan

Henry Nikogosyan serves as Of Counsel to Kolmogorov Law, P.C. and is the founder of NCLS, a boutique practice focused on business litigation, intellectual property disputes, commercial matters, and emerging-technology issues. He brings extensive, hands-on experience representing both global technology companies and small businesses and individuals in high-stakes disputes, with a track record defined by rigorous advocacy and practical problem-solving.

Henry is recognized by Best Lawyers® for Litigation – Intellectual Property and Commercial Litigation, reflecting peer-reviewed recognition of his expertise and professional standing. His practice includes copyright, patent, and trademark litigation, commercial contract disputes, corporate governance matters, and legal issues involving blockchain, digital assets, and decentralized technologies.

Before founding NCLS, Henry practiced at WilmerHale, an internationally recognized firm known for leading IP and technology litigation. There, he represented major technology companies—including Apple, Sony Interactive Entertainment, and Shopify—in significant intellectual property matters. That experience gives Henry a sophisticated understanding of complex technologies, product ecosystems, and the business realities that drive strategy in fast-moving industries.

Henry began his legal career as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable James C. Mahan of the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada (2018–2019). His clerkship provided deep, practical insight into federal litigation, motion practice, and judicial decision-making—experience that continues to inform his disciplined, courtroom-ready approach.

Henry is known for strategic clarity, responsiveness, and transparent communication. He works closely with clients to evaluate risk, define objectives, and pursue efficient, durable outcomes—whether through targeted motion practice, negotiated resolution, or trial.
